The provisions of Chapter 11 United States Code section 362 mandate automatic stay proceedings against a person if declared bankruptcy. This applies to petitions bankruptcy, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11. EffectsThe first message of a bankruptcy petition causes an automatic injunction remains or end any legal proceedings against the debtor by creditors.
